how to pick the required text in an email using c#

I would like to pick out the required text from an email using c#? Could
you please help me to sort it out.
Required Text I need from below example email format:
city,
xxxx@hotmail.com
privileged customer.
I don't want any thing more than that.
Here is the example:
I received an email from xxxx@gmail.com
Content as follows:
Hi xxxx,
here is the some of the lists,
Title:CITY
Email:xxxx@hotmail.com
Package:<b>Privileged customer</b>
