Make a domain point to a primary (my local web server with DYNDNS) and a secondary (say in GoDaddy) host

Make a domain point to a primary (my local web server with DYNDNS) and a
secondary (say in GoDaddy) host

I need help in setting up my domain records and DYNDNS options such that:
My domain primarily maps to my local webserver setup through DYNDNS (as
primary host)
When primary host is unavailable, my domain maps and open another site
hosted in say GoDaddy (secondary host)
Can this be done?
Any help is appreciated.
